Usage
The DORY 30 Box warm air and radiant stoves are designed for heating and supplementary heating of various spaces such as workshops, storage rooms, industrial buildings, living areas, guesthouses, restaurants, halls, club rooms, or recreational facilities. The stoves can burn both soft and hardwoods or wood briquettes.
The DORY Box stoves are ideal not only for local heating but also for heating distant rooms or entire buildings through warm air distribution systems and a fan. The stoves can be placed outside the heated area, for example, in a heating or utility room. The fan blows air into the lower rear part of the stove, where the air circulates around the casing and the flue heat exchanger, gets heated, and is then expelled through two flanges at the back of the stove. This system ensures maximum heat transfer and high efficiency. The heated air can be directed through warm air distribution systems, with the entire circuit being closed and supplemented with a filter system if needed. The stove is equipped with an electronic control for the fan speed (LTR), which ensures an ideal airflow depending on the temperature.
Thoughtful Design and Rapid Heat Development
The DORY 30 Box stove features a well-thought-out design that includes a casing, a warm air heat exchanger, and a radial fan for expelling hot air. Combined with the secondary combustion chamber system CB, this design ensures very high efficiency. The warm air heat exchanger effectively extracts the maximum amount of heat from the exhaust gases, significantly reducing heating costs.
The heat exchanger is equipped with a scraper that allows for easy cleaning of the heat exchange surfaces. This scraper is operated via a pull lever, ensuring proper function and maximum efficiency of the heat exchanger.
The stove’s design also allows for rapid heat development. Within a few minutes after the fire is lit, the fan begins to distribute warm air throughout the heated space. The fan is located in the lower rear part of the stove, which protects it from overheating in the event of a power outage.
Clean Combustion
The DORY 30 Box stove meets the strictest European emission standards thanks to its combustion chamber lined with robust refractory bricks that maintain high temperatures in the firebox and the two-chamber secondary combustion chamber system CB. This system ensures very low emissions and up to 40% lower fuel consumption compared to conventional stoves with similar performance.
The refractory bricks also protect the internal metal parts of the firebox from high temperatures, significantly extending the stove’s lifespan.
Easy Performance Regulation
The stove’s performance can be easily adjusted via an adjustable flap in the door that controls the primary airflow. The rear primary and secondary air are already optimally set from the factory for the stove’s performance.
The stove is equipped with a control unit that regulates the fan speed for expelling hot air. This unit can be operated in automatic or manual mode. In automatic mode, which is set at the factory, the fan speed is adjusted according to the current temperature and stove output.
