DORY Box 40 – Produkt details

    Usage

The DORY 40 Box hot air and radiant stoves are designed for heating and warming workshops, storage rooms, industrial facilities, as well as residential spaces, guesthouses, restaurants, halls, club rooms, and recreational facilities. The stoves are suitable for burning both soft and hard wood or wood briquettes.

The DORY Box stoves not only provide localized heating but can also warm more distant rooms or entire buildings through hot air distribution and a fan. They can be placed outside the heated room, such as in a heating or utility room. The fan blows air into the lower rear section of the stove, where the air flows over the housing and is heated by the heat exchanger, before being expelled through two flanges at the back of the stove. This system ensures maximum heat transfer and high efficiency. The heated air can be distributed through ductwork, which can be closed and equipped with a filtration system. The stove is equipped with an electronic fan speed control (LTR), which ensures optimal air flow based on temperature.

Thoughtful Design and Rapid Heat Development

The DORY 40 Box stove features a sophisticated design, including a casing, a hot air heat exchanger, and a radial fan for expelling hot air. Combined with the CB secondary combustion system, this design guarantees very high efficiency. The hot air heat exchanger efficiently extracts maximum heat from the flue gases, significantly reducing heating costs.

The heat exchanger is equipped with a cleaning element that allows for easy cleaning of the heat exchange surfaces. This scraper is operated via a rod, making maintenance easier and ensuring proper function and maximum efficiency of the heat exchanger.

Another advantage of the stove’s design is its rapid heat development. Within minutes of lighting the stove, the fan starts distributing warm air throughout the heated space. The fan is located in the lower rear section of the stove, which prevents damage in the event of a power outage.

    Clean Combustion

The DORY 40 Box stove meets the strictest European emission standards thanks to its combustion chamber lined with durable fire-resistant parts that maintain high temperatures, and the CB two-chamber secondary combustion system. This system ensures very low emissions and up to 40% reduced fuel consumption compared to traditional stoves of similar performance. The fire-resistant parts also protect the internal metal components of the combustion chamber from high temperatures, greatly extending the stove’s lifespan.

    Easy Performance Regulation

The stove’s output can be easily adjusted by controlling the primary air supply via an adjustable flap on the door. The rear primary and secondary airflows are already optimally set at the factory for stove performance.

The stove is equipped with a control unit for regulating the speed of the fan that expels the hot air stream. The unit can operate in automatic or manual mode. In automatic mode, which is factory-set, the fan speed is adjusted based on the current temperature and stove performance.
