Usage
The Dory 30 warm air and radiant heaters are designed for heating and supplementary heating of a wide range of spaces, including workshops, storage rooms, industrial buildings, construction sites, residential areas, guesthouses, restaurants, halls, clubrooms, and recreational facilities.
The heaters can burn wood or wood briquettes.
Thoughtful Construction and Rapid Heat Provision
The Dory 30 heaters feature a sophisticated design with a warm air heat exchanger and a radial fan for effective hot air expulsion. Combined with the CB secondary combustion system, they achieve very high efficiency.
- Warm Air Heat Exchanger: The heat exchanger efficiently extracts maximum heat from the exhaust gases, significantly reducing overall heating costs. Inside the heat exchanger, there is a scraper element that facilitates the cleaning of heat exchange surfaces. This scraper can be easily operated with a lever, ensuring functionality and maximum efficiency of the heat exchanger.
- Rapid Heat Provision: Another advantage of this design is the quick heat entry. Just a few minutes after ignition, warm air is distributed throughout the heated room.
- Fan Placement: The fan is positioned at the lower rear of the heater, preventing damage in the event of a power failure.
Clean Combustion
The combustion chamber, lined with robust fire-resistant refractory bricks, contributes to complete combustion and meets the strictest European emission standards. These bricks maintain high temperatures in the combustion chamber, and the two-chamber CB secondary combustion system further optimizes the combustion process.
- Low Emissions and Fuel Savings: Thanks to this system, the heaters produce very low emissions and have up to 40% lower fuel consumption compared to conventional heaters of similar performance.
- Durability: The refractory bricks also protect the internal metal parts of the combustion chamber from high temperatures, significantly extending the heater’s lifespan.
Simple Performance Control
The heater’s performance can be easily adjusted by controlling the primary air supply via an adjustable shutter in the door. Primary and secondary air supplies are optimally set at the factory.
- Control Unit: An optional control unit is available that regulates the fan speed, which blows hot air from the heater. This unit can be operated in either automatic or manual mode. In the automatic mode, pre-set at the factory, fan speeds are adjusted based on the current performance (temperature) of the heater.
